Our instructors are industry experts and speak your language. Currently, all courses are delivered in English, French and Chinese.
  • Enterprise Strategy Map: This is a workshop and facilitated session to help your teams translate your firm’s strategic intent into enterprise capabilities, and sound approaches to communicate the capabilities map to all key stakeholders.
  • Enterprise Architecture Governance : Lets us help you assess the maturity of your current capability life cycle process against industry best practices, and then implement a pragmatic governance model that quickly establishes accountability and action.
  • Enterprise Capabilities Portal: This is a QRS software solution designed to help you exploit cross-industry knowledge and best practices in capability development, and then manage and exploit all your firm’s project and architecture artifacts. A key design theme for the software is to make architectural knowledge consumable by the enterprise, not just the architects. This will create a significant shift in your program work from deliverables to outcomes.
