Mr. Côté is an experienced and versatile IT professional. He held a number of positions throughout his career – namely business analyst, application architect, IT manager, project manager and enterprise architect – in different business domains and industries, and has been exposed to many methods, techniques and technologies. He has been associated to a number of strategic initiatives and innovations, and achieved many strategy-level engagements over the last 20 years.
As an enterprise architect, he is a master of IT alignment with business strategies. He can design and implement enterprise solutions that efficiently correspond to both business and IT strategies. His experience also includes data integration, application integration, application portfolio assessment, IT performance assessment and business intelligence.
He successfully performed enterprise architecture engagements with marquee customers such as Hydro-Quebec, Quebec Liquor Board (SAQ), RONA and Belron.
His recent points of interest have been around the use of Archimate with TOGAF® v9, building re-usable enterprise architecture content for different industries and use of enterprise architecture tools.
