Thank You very much for your interest in Enterprise Capabilities Portal – EC/p. EC/p is a cloud implementation that is designed to help improve the business value of your Enterprise Architecture practice. To logon to EC/p, you will need a valid user ID and password. EC/p supports three different types of license – Individual, Subscriber and Enterprise, Contact us to learn more.

Log a Help Request

  • Create Support Ticket

  • Service Level Agreement
    1. Severity One: System down. All users are unable to perform any function. Response time within 20 Minutes – 7X24. Fix will be made available by working around the clock.
    2. Severity Two: System down, but work around is available. Response time by 9 am, 7 days a week. Fix will be made available within a week.
    3. Severity Three: System is functioning, however the underlying process could be improved: Response time by 9 am, 5 days a week. Fix will be made available within next quarterly release.
